69. The Next Test: A Clean Workspace

The next test would be simple and revealing:

copy the kit into a clean directory, ask an AI to read it, and see whether it can help initialize a real community without relying on hidden memory from the original conversation.

If it can, then AIFC has begun to become portable.

If it cannot, then the failure will show exactly which rule, template, workflow, or cockpit view must become clearer.

Either way, the Starter Kit turns the standard into something the community can test against reality.

That is the real point of Part III so far.

The object model is not valuable because it is elegant.

It is valuable if it makes AIFC easier to carry into a new community.

The Starter Kit is the first attempt.

The clean workspace test will show whether it works.
